Our beautiful Dr Jolanta, chiropractor and mother of (now 3) demonstrates 4 daily pregnancy exercises below that you can do in the comfort of your own home to:
- increase strength and flexibility in your hips, pelvis and pelvic muscles
- reduce discomfort
- increase blood and oxygen flow
- prepare for a more comfortable birth
Start doing these exercises as early on in the pregnancy as possible - but it’s never too late to start!
Remember at all times and with all exercises to stay safe. There should not be any pain or discomfort while doing them - in fact they should bring a whole lot of relief.
When doing these on a daily basis alongside chiropractic care, massage and other modalities you’ll be giving yourself the best chance at a more comfortable pregnancy and birth.
