If you've been suffering from any form of stress over these last few weeks or months, this simple tool may make the world of difference to how you are feeling.

It's called FAST (First Aid Stress Tool) it is a derivative of NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) which is used comprehensively within our clinic on a day to day basis. It works with specific pulse points used in Acupuncture, and each of these specific points have various emotion/ stress responses associated.

Take a moment to have a look at the list of emotions below and identify an emotion that may be on the surface for you. Then watch the video as Dr Kristy demonstrates how to use the FAST technique to support the release of this emotion. This doesn’t replace emotional release techniques that support deeper set emotions (please get in contact if needed) but can be a nice way to support your emotional system at home.

sad    afraid    worried    vulnerable    abandoned

scared    frustrated    unhappy    hopeless

This is a nice way to support your emotional system at home, but it doesn’t replace emotional release techniques that support deeper set emotions. Please feel free to get in touch to book an appointment if you'd like support at a deeper level.
