With a lot of immune imbalances being due to the body thinking that “self “ is foreign, having food that is low immune and nourishing is the best thing to start the healing process.

 

Below is a yummy breakfast to start the day with. This combination contains all the foods that will nourish your gut – a place where the majority of your immune system cells are.

 

This dish contains earthly foods and a broth base, both important to keeping our spleen healthy a very important organ of the immune system.


 
 

Recipe:


 
  1. Lightly stir fry onion, cabbage and coriander in a pan

  2. Then add a couple of cups of chicken, beef or vegetable broth (or stock)
    depending on how much liquid you want and simmer for about 5 mins

  3. Poach a couple of eggs

  4. Pour the liquid and vegetables into a bowl

  5. Place the poached eggs on top season with pepper, salt, kelp and tablespoon of olive oil

  6. Enjoy!!
